3. Data Collection & Processing on Our Website
A. Web Hosting (Framer)
Our website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Rozengracht 207-3, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands).
When you visit our website, Framer automatically collects server log files (such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and operating system). This data is technically necessary to display the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Because Framer B.V. is based in the Netherlands (an EU member state), your website data is processed directly within European Union jurisdiction in accordance with strict EU data protection standards.
B. Email Infrastructure (Google Workspace)
If you contact us via email, your message and contact details will be stored to process your inquiry and address any follow-up questions.
We use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for our professional email and cloud storage infrastructure.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
C. Intake Forms & Applications (Tally.so)
To submit applications or inquiries for 1-on-1 guidance sessions, we use Tally (Tally BV, Gent, Belgium).
When you fill out a form on our site, the information you submit (e.g., your name, email address, and responses to intake questions) is processed directly on Tally’s servers located in the European Union (Belgium).
Purpose: Evaluating mutual fit for 1-on-1 Unscripted Guidance sessions.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a session agreement) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent upon submitting the form).

D. Embedded YouTube Videos
We embed videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
We embed all videos using YouTube’s Enhanced Privacy Mode. According to YouTube, this mode prevents YouTube from storing information about visitors to this site before they actually watch the video. Once you play an embedded video, a connection to YouTube's servers is established to deliver the video stream.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in sharing reflective content) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent triggered when playing the video).
